6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiom Insights, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any specific engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiom Insights regarding use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

17. Assignment
